Anthony Rogers Judge Anthony Rogers has over 25 years experience as a military and federal judge and as a corporate General Counsel. A retired Army Colonel, Judge Rogers has maintained a sustained interest in the development of alternative energy development - especially wind energy - for several years. A Native American and voting member of the Osage Indian Nation (the Native American tribe with the oldest and largest energy reserves of all Indian tribes), Judge Rogers serves as a consultant in both the development of wind energy project with Native American tribes and in bringing together private developments with Native American investments and resources. John McElyea, Project Manager John McElyea has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. He attended Richardson High School and Texas A&M. John started out working for Texas Power & Light building electrical power substations. He then moved into high-rise office building construction and then into the general construction industry. He has also drilled for oil and gas and worked in the construction and maintenance of TV and radio broadcast towers up to 2,500' tall. He is a certified Member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and a certified LEED AP associate. He is also an advocate for green energy and wind power.
