Michael Bosworth

• Michael Bosworth of Dallas Texas is President and CEO of Wind Developers LLC.  He is an alumnus of the Jesuit College Prep of Dallas and attended North Texas State University after being awarded an athletic scholarship.  Mike has also acted as President and CEO of his own Commercial Construction business based out of North Texas with specializations including concrete infrastructure.  He is well known and highly respected with a track record of delivering projects on budget and within designated time horizons.  Mike has been instrumental in the creation of Wind Developers LLC by creating strategic alliances with existing wind farm development companies and wind oriented vendors as well as educating both himself and his team in the needed aspects of successful wind farm infrastructure development.  His firm is an associate member of the American Wind Energy Association, (AWEA) and expertise in construction management is well known throughout the industry. Anthony Rogers

Judge Anthony Rogers has over 25 years experience as a military and federal judge and as a corporate General Counsel. A retired Army Colonel, Judge Rogers has maintained a sustained interest in the development of alternative energy development - especially wind energy - for several years. A Native American and voting member of the Osage Indian Nation (the Native American tribe with the oldest and largest energy reserves of all Indian tribes), Judge Rogers serves as a consultant in both the development of wind energy project with Native American tribes and in bringing together private developments with Native American investments and resources. John McElyea, Project Manager

John McElyea has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. He attended Richardson High School and Texas A&M. John started out working for Texas Power & Light building electrical power substations. He then moved into high-rise office building construction and then into the general construction industry. He has also drilled for oil and gas and worked in the construction and maintenance of TV and radio broadcast towers up to 2,500' tall. He is a certified Member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and a certified LEED AP associate. He is also an advocate for green energy and wind power.
